Hi,
I am a beginner and new user of ansys fluent. I am getting problem regarding the simulation of flow of air in a room when fan is rotating. I am trying to simulate the flow of air because of a rotating fan by applying frame motion and mesh motion in the cell zone conditions and given appropriate boundary conditions with fan surfaces as moving walls. Then, checked for the dynamic mesh preview to ensure that the mesh is behaving as desired. But, when I run the simulation, the results doesn't show any appropriate rotation as well as fluid flow. According to me, the problem might be the solid blade surface of fan blades is not interacting with the fluid present in the room. I, also, tried the simulation by changing turbulence models. But, the results don't show any changes. Glad to receive some help regarding the simulation. |
