Hello,
I am currently trying to use an tracer to find the residence time within a certain region of my domain. To do so I run an unsteady simulation to stabilise the flow and then I patch the tracer and run with multiphase turned on and data sampling turned on. Since my domain requires a periodic condition I have to keep deleting my tracer on inlet by an automatic command, and hope that the flow is sufficiently stabilised since I lose capabilities of controlling the flow by mass due to multiphase. The problem is that once I read the case of the second simulation and the data from the first, I can't continue calculation due to the error: Quote:
So far I've tried running on serial, turning off my automatic commands and redistributing partitions without success. I can manage to run both simulations individually but not together. Also if there is a better way on finding Residence Time Distribution I am accepting suggestions. Thanks! |
