Hi all,
I am doing a micro-channel catalytic combustion simulation of methane. In my model the wash-coat domain of catalyst is not drawn, namely diffusion limitation is not modeled. My problem is I don't know how to define the parameter of 'ratio of catalytic to geometry surface area'. The default value in fluent is 1 and I believe actual value of this parameter should be much bigger than 1. I read a lot of related literature. Seems like those authors never mention what this value is in their model. I am wondering how to set this value in catalytic channel flow simulation. Can anyone help? Weiqiang. |
