I have to simulate the fluid(air) behavior above a filament surface which is at certain temperature and get the shear stress and heat fluxes on the surface of the filament. I have used a simple geometry, a rectangle with a distance from co-ordinate system and axi-symmetric. I used the simple mesh and given inflatation to the downside which is stated filament. The simulation runs smooth but at the end the solution pane closes with the error, no matter what i change in the entire project.

If anyone knows the solution, help me please...
