vanki is on a distinguished road
In the arc model simulation with fluent, a UDS equation is set, and a fixed value current density is also applied as a boundary condition in a limited area. Ask, how can this so-called boundary condition be added to the region, is it achieved by UDF?

your question is not clear

how can this so-called boundary condition be added to the region?

Boundary condition is applied to boundary. In the region you may put source.

best regards
