I want to change temperatures according to a correlation in a particular region (cylinder, sphere) in the flow field. An idea came to my mind with the energy source term, but I don't know if this is possible. I do not think of any other method.
I would be very glad if you could help. |

It would have to be an energy source, yup.
Unless you separate it as a different cell zone and apply fixed values and use that to fix the temperature in region. |

Thank you for your answer but we solved the problem in a different way. The data was written out as text file (.ip) and then the data was changed in the MATLAB. Finally, the processed data was restored (Read and Interpolate). But this process is challenging and takes a long time. We have to repeat this process periodically. So can we use UDF or anything else to do the process automatically?
