Default how to extract the surface mesh's normal vector?

I had simulated an sample that with the VOF model and I extracted a surface of the volume fraction=0.5 to represent the wave form(the surface contains about 12000 mesh faces on it). Now I wonder if there are some ways to extract the normal vector of each face?
