Default Inlet temperature using UDF fluent

Dear all,

I am a beginner at Fluent, i need your help.
I am studying laminar flow in a pipe. To eliminate the inlet effect and guarantee a fully developed flow, the fully developed profiles of velocity and temperature are specified at the inlet , as indicated by these Eqs. respectively:


where uc and Tc are the velocity and temperature at the centerline of the tube, respectively.

Can someone help me to insert this equations in fluent please.
