Calculating the heat transfer coefficient (h) for complex geometries

Is it possible to calculate or estimate the heat transfer coefficient between a solid (with complex geometry) and a fluid using Fluent? Can someone give me a general idea of how this can be done and what information do I need to know in advance to preform this calculation?

Yes. You need a mesh. You need boundary conditions. You need material properties.
