Hello guys:
I am doing transient calculation with FLUENT. I am confused with setting monitors in rotating blades(like in pump or turbine) or transitional blade with the software FLUENT 16.0. The problem is that I want to get the pressure value in a point moving with the blade speed. and I know this is easy in CFX (the monitoring points in rotating blade would moving with the blade), however, it is difficult in FLUENT, I am using:Monitors>surface monitors>creat>point, but the point in rotating blade stay stationary. Does anybody kown how to solve this problem? best regards |

Create a Reference Frame tracking the rotating zone.
Specify the coordinates of the point as referred to the rotating Reference Frame |
