Hi all.
I'm new to fluent. I need to design the geometry of the condenser such that I can be able to solve it in fluent. The condenser is 4 pass heat exchanger which consisted of 14 tubes in 1st pass, 7 tubes in 2nd pass, 6 tubes in 3rd pass, 4 tubes in 4th pass. I need to solve both the streams ( primary and auxiliary fluids ) How to design it through porous medium and how to simulate it in fluent ??? It does have phase change ability. So how to give phase change in ansys ? Please help.... Thanks in advance |

Hi all,
I'm new to Fluent. I'm trying to simulate 4-pass condenser. It involves phase change also. I'm doing it by porous medium method. I have attached the dimensions of one set. Like that, there are 36 set. 1st pass - 16 tubes 2nd pass - 8 tubes 3rd pass - 7 tubes 4th pass - 5 tubes Need all your help in designing and simulating it. Thanks all. |
