Hi all,

I'm using Macro method to solve the heat exchanger ( intercooler ).

All the inputs that are needed for the ungrouped macro model is given and is made to solve.

It gets solved within 100-500 iterations and the solution is converged and I'm getting the correct temperature value and all.

But when I open in contours, I can see that only 30-40% of the model is solved and the remaining portion left unsolved.

So I unticked the "check convergence" option from the "Monitor" tab. And then I made it run. Now it has run nearly 70000 iterations and still the contours looks the same.

Please help me to solve it.

Thanks in advance.

how do you mean "looks unsolved"? Can you be a bit more clear on what you observe?

into contour options use "Filled" and "auto range". Choose proper surfaces.
may be this will help you.

best regards
