Hi

Does anyone have experience dealing with high pressure gradient and velocity gradients.

Attached is my contour results- velocity and mach no

I have a 90 mm dia by 300 height cylindrical air blower as inlet at the top

The air is blown through a 300*300 mm domain wall thickness 2 mm

These are two seperate bodies (formed one part - no boolean )

I have ultrasonics velocities at my oultet when the pressure at inlet is 6 bar

Solver Settings Coupled
K epsilon realizable
ideal gas - material

Ultrasonic speeds at bar pressure is it possible ?

Or do i need to select a finer mesh grip and different solver settings for higher pressure gradients
