hello everyone,
I am doing an analysis of a material which is in shape of a cube and i need to give boundary condition to only an edge (e.g zero heat flux to an edge). So I created a line body on the edge so that I can give boundary condition but in Fluent 3D analysis the zone is not visible in the boundary condition box. |

Why you need to specify only on an edge? Is that physically possible? Can you give more details?
One thing you can do is to create a pair of smalls walls near this edge and set them as cero heat flux. |
