convergence problem

Question convergence problem

dear friends,
im doing air cooling analysis for battery. so im choosing CFD- fluent. in my case, the battery has internal heat generation and i took parallel solver with single precision. Energy-on, k-epsilon realizable , standard wall fn-, pressure velocity coupling is SIMPLE, other than that is second order, epsilon model and turbulent is 1st order. im doing transient case.
my problem solution is converged in 1st time step. but after a few more time step again its start to iterate and never converged. i dont know why its happening.

please give some suggestions to over come this issue.
