First of all: Hello everybody in this forum.
After learning to do some steady state analysis in Fluent I feel prepared to move in to my actual goal: dynamic meshes for an active valve simulation. This ist my setup for learning mesh deformation: (see attachment)

Hey there. did u manage to solve it? from what I can see it seems you are trying to "extrude" a wall into the domain.
I am having a similar problem but in my case I am trying to simulate a valve in IC engine. |

Sorry, I switched to openfoam. Look for "enginefoam" and similar solvers.
