Hi friends,
I'm modeling the premixed combustion in a Porous medium using Partially premixed (chemical equilibrium) model. The premixed CH4-Air with 0.75 equivalence ratio entered the porous medium 1 (PM1) (60 ppi) and after that enters the porous medium 2 (PM2) (20 ppi). The combustion occurs in PM2 because the pore diameters of Pm1 is smaller than the choking diameter of CH4. In other words, the flame could not flash back into the PM1. What setup and properties I should perform in order to simulate such a porous burner? Thank you. |
