I am trying to simulate a flow inside a bottle with sand inside it , the porosity has been defined in the cell zone condition and gas gauge pressure 16 bar at the inlet is air , density based solver is used with laminar model and energy equations on.
(Transient analysis) The problem is whenever I calculate the result , it takes 12000 iteration to solve for a single time step , and at the second iteration itself the temprature rise upto 5000 kelvin. Am i doing something wrong. Timestep size is 0.01 sec Thank you |

16 bar at the inlet of the bottle... What is the value of flow velocity? What do you expect?
Best regards |
