Hello everyone

I have been trying to simulate the flow over a cylinder which is rotating to get the Cd and Cl values , i did the mesh and domain in ANSYS workbench . Whatever methods i tried , i end up getting negative cl values.

While checking the velocity vectors of the simulation, i found the rotation is not showing any effect of the flow. Why could this be happening ?

Please guide me on how to simulate this to get the Cd Cl values.

i am attaching the domain i used below.
