dispersion variable turbulent flow

helllo
i'm working on dispersion of particule in turbulent flow 2d in fluent
my problem that i want to plote the dispersion (cm2) Vs Time but i don't find the dispersion variable in results and i don't know how to calculate manualy.
please if someone tell me what to do

I know that I should obtain distribution similar to the graph in the attachements
