Airfoil Optimization With ANSYS Adjoint Solver

I am working on a simple airfoil optimization project and using ANSYS Smart Shape Optimization tool with ANSYS Adjoint Solver. How can I get the new (optimized) airfoil shape coordinates to feed other softwares? I don't need to know mesh points just the shape is enough.

You may try to use profile to extract mesh points.
File->write->profile->select your curve/surface-> select any value (doesn't matter which you choose, because you need coordinates) -> write In file you will get the 3 lists of coordinates (x,y,z) and list of value, you'd chosen. Best regards |

Hi nemo, im just a beginner .ive been working on a similar project for awhile, and right now im trying to read as much as i can. I want to know how you ended the optimisation process. It was suggested that I use a script. But ive no experience using one. Did you use any other method? Thanks in advance. Any help would be appreciated.
