Sharp corner_inflation option

Hello!
I'm trying to mesh a pipeline (represented by an axisymmetric rectangle), having smaller cell size in the upper side and on the right side of the rectangle. I have been using virtual topology in order to divide the mesh in 4 sections (see picture attached). Section 1: face meshing function. Section 2: inflation function 1 Section 3: inflation function 2 Section 4: combination of inflation functions 1 and 2. The problem is on Section 4, I would like to combine the 2 inflation options in order to have smaller cell size in the corner but I'm not getting quadrilateral cells. I tried to use pinch tools with no success. Could you please help me with some ideas about how to improve the right corner of my mesh? Mesh.png |

I do not know either how to do it in ANSYS Meshing, but in ICEM CFD it would be straightforward.
