Cramsay is on a distinguished road
So I know that the more species involved in the chemical mechanism, the higher the computational expense. But what are the reasons for the 50 species hard limit, and are there any workarounds?

Like say for example I wanted to use a 51 species mechanism, would there be a way to do so.

I'm currently using Fluent 17.1 and using the Diesel Unsteady Flamelet Model to analyse compression and power strokes in a CI engine (if this has any relevance).

Any help/insight would be appreciated.
