Hello to the reader,
I have successfully used the Euler - Implicit Model for multiphase simulations of gas-particle flow. In the next stage of my project there is a need to introduce an electrostatic field that will charge the solid phase. 1. How do I use the results of my current model to proceed from here ? i.e., do I make a complete switch to a DPM model? Im afraid that the results would change drastically. 2. How do I introduce an electrostatic charge in Fluent? Is there a simpler approach than writing a UDF? Any comments/ suggestions on this matter are appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to respond. |
