I created a structured mesh in ICEM CFD and imported it in to Fluent. There's an interface between the fluid and solid and I'm pretty sure that is my problem. When I set my boundary conditions and run the simulation, I get messages saying I'm outside the temperature range (less than 1 Kelvin or 5000 Kelvin). With the same mesh and boundary conditions, I can run it perfectly using Star CCM+. So I feel that my problem is with the mesh solid to fluid interface? I import the fluid mesh first, then I append the solid. I then go to Mesh Interfaces, and create the solid to fluid mesh. In ICEM, I call the fluid interface Fluid_to_Solid and the solid interface Solid_to_Fluid. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
