Hi folks.
I want to simulate a test tube rotating around its vertical axis (and vibrating) and containing solid particles moving about. I intend to use ANSYS/FLUENT for carrying out transient (i.e. time-dependent) simulations. 1) Can I directly model the rotation and vertical vibration as a MOVING WALL? 2) Can I use an Eulerian model for the gas phase and a Lagrangian model (i.e. disperse phase) for simulating the movements of the particles? I haven't used FLUENT before. Many thanks in advance for your answers. |
