My simulation is not converged

Hi everybody.

I have been trying to run a fluent simulation for electronic cooling in natural convection. But the simulation has not be converged. The number of iteration has reached about 400 but it couldnt achive convergenced. Attached you can see some pictures. Can someone help me?
