Precious sirs, good days!
I have a question about drop pressure in fluent. I made a simulation with two nozzles with characteristcs: - D.I. 203mm x 560mm length; - D.I. 102mm x 560mm length; The drop pressure data and inlet data are attached. The question is: These drop pressure results are incoherent with general equation of drop pressure: hf=(f*l&w^2)/(2*g*D) hf=89.6 Pa (D.I. 203mm) And are incoherent with equation according to VDI Heat Atlas, p. 1057. p=77 Pa (D.I. 203mm) Can anyone help me in this question?
