Dear colleagues,

I would like to know Your opinion about boiling process. I try to simulate the boiling process using ANSYS Fluent 17.2v. In some videos of simulations of boiling process in YouTube, I saw that is used laminar flow. But I think boiling process can't be laminar, I think it must be turbulent process. I performed two cases of boiling: in the left side of pictures is laminar flow, in the right - k-w SST. Boundary conditions: bottom wall - 473,15 K, side walls - adiabatic, top wall - outlet, water temperature 373,15. Simulation time: 0-5 sec. Which case more real? For simulations were used Fluent 17.2v.
