When trying to initialize a flow field for the use in LES, the command

The commands below are available in this menu. You use the command while still in RANS mode, i.e. before you activate LES. You also need an existing RANS solution.

Yes I ran a preliminary k-e realizable run, and had not switched to LES yet.

hmms how about...
Check if you are in steady or transient solver. It might be disabled for steady solver. You might need to switch to transient (but still RANS) and then you can type in the command. Be very careful though because as soon you switch to LES, Fluent will lose the k solution. edit* nevermind I just checked, it is there for steady and transient. If that is not it, I wonder if maybe someone disabled that command on your setup... |

Running on a transient solver, this is strange, will investigate to see if someone disabled it.

I checked on v15 v16.2 and 17.2. The option is present for steady and transient for all, at least on my setup.
