Default How to calculate motion amplitude?

Babacuda is on a distinguished road
Hello everyone, i got a rigid body moving into a deforming mesh, due to the velocity inflow. The rigid body got stifness and mass.

How can i calculate the amplitude of y-displacement,θ-displacement vs time?
