"The FLUENT application failed to validate the connection." problem

Hey,
I went through geometry design, mesh and then i want to start up with fluent, but it does not work. The solver stops just at the beginning and after few minutes the error appears.
"The FLUENT application failed to validate the connection."

I have an Ansys 17.

any suggestions?

You need to update the Internet Explorer to 11 or latest
License information for the License manager is sent through IE.
