Hi,
I need to model drying of wood with air (basically evaporation). The problem is that wood is non-stationary. It enters at top and falls due to gravity exiting at bottom outlet. I want to know the following:
1. What model should I use as am unable to find any model in which I can have solid flowing in and interacting with the the gaseous phase
2. I have a custom equation for temperature dependent drying. How do I incorporate it?

PS: I am very new to FLUENT. Any help is highly appreciated.
