Hi I am very new to fluent and I am using this software to do my project involving this S shaped duct with rectangular crosssection with inlet velocity of 30 m/s(check below attachment)
So my professor wants me to do the following things for which I need your help guys.. He said to me that the velocity which is perpendicular to plane of crossection is axial velocity and parallel to it is secondary flow velocity which has 2 components--->crossflow and lateral velocities(See below attachments) Plot a contour plot of Axial velocity at midplane and exit Plot a Vector plot of crossflow velocity midplane and exit Plot a vector plot of lateral velocity midplane and exit Please give me an idea of how to proceed to find these velocities using fluent... |
