Default constant heat flux temperature instead 3d fluid or solid body

hi all,

I am confusing with heat transfer.

Is there any different result as I have defined heat flux on a face that is interface with different 3d solid/fluid body instead of not suppressed 3d fluid/solid cell zone with fixed temperature ?
