Is it required to half hydraulic diameter and mass flux when modelling acr symmetry?

hi friends,
my doubt is whether I have to half hydraulic diameter specificied when i am considering symmetry along half base width for a rectangular prism. Also do i have to half the value of mass flux? please help, thanks.. |
