Hi I am now working on case, which is simple: a power module (copper) has film-type heat sources on one side and has hundreds of pins on the other side. Cooling fluid flows through the pins and exits through outlet. In order to make it simple, the model contains only power module (solid) and cooling fluid. The inlet and outlet BC are defined as constant mass flow rate and pressure-outlet. For the wall-powermodule-fluid and wall-powermodule-fluid-shadow, both are defined as coupled heat transfer. However, when I ran the case, the temperature of the power module and the fluid does not change, both maintaining the value of inlet temperature. Did I miss something or set some incorrect parameters? Thanks for any inputs!
