Default Problem with 'Mapped Face Meshing'

Hi,
I work on the 2D simulation of the airflow created by the two converging air jets (Ansys Fluent 15.0, Workbench).

I use mapped face meshing option for my meshing final structure.

Once I save the meshing, I update the setup in workbench and open the setup program.
During the model loading in the setup program, this communique pops up:
'Error at host: zone-surface: invalid thread[2]' (please also see picture 1 and 2 attached). Simultaneously, in Setup->Solution Setup-> Boundary Conditions a 'wall surface body' entity appears, next to inlet, outlet, wall, etc.

When I do not use mapped face meshing I do not have this problem. There are no errors and wall surface body does not appear.

I do not know the reason of this problem. I searched the internet but no luck.

P.S. When I mesh my geometry I use edge sizing option first, stating the element size, and then I use mapped face meshing.
I also enclose the two pictures of my geometry (pictures 3 and 4).
As seen on picture 4 some of the quadrilateral cells are slightly skewed but without mapped face meshing they are skewed even more.

Please help.

Regards
