kkj1234 is on a distinguished road
Recently,I performed a CFD analysis on a shell and tube heat exchanger using Ansys fluent 16.2 .

k-e model with standard wall functions was selected. Also, energy was set to on.

Inner fluid domain,Tube,shell were defined.

The problem is that I tried to alter the inner tube material ,initially it was copper ,then I used Steel.

During,2nd analysis no other parameters changed.

But,there was no change in temperature drop of working fluid from inlet to outlet.

How to deal with it?

Is there any command to consider the thermal conductivity of tube material while calculating heat transfer.
