Moving Wall Condition on a Curved Wall

I want to apply a moving wall condition to a curved surface, simulating part of a curved belt in an airflow.
Can I do this with the moving wall boundary condition without using a UDF? Will the physics be correct? Or will I have to create a UDF following the profile of the curve to define the directional vectors? Cheers, David |

If you have that surface as wall then yes, you can do it without UDF.

Thanks for the reply.
Do you know what values should be used for the directional vectors? All 0's? Im a little confused, as they are in the x,y,z directions only, and a wall element on the curved wall will have, say, a constant x value, and varying y and z values. David |

There is also option for rotational motion. There you can input axis-origin and direction.
