Hello,
I am designing a hyperloop capsule with a flow speed of 300 m/s (Pressure Based and viscosity: Spalart-Allmaras) and tube pressure (Operating Pressure) of 500. The capsule is designed with a compressor in front of it. My problem is that I don't know how to resemble the compressor in the Fluent. I tried the inlet vent, the intake fan, and the mass flow rate options in boundary conditions settings but I keep getting shock waves after some speed (usually between 150 and 200 m/s) due to the high speeds larger than 300 m/s between the sides of the capsule and the tube. I would appreciate it if you can help me. My regards. |
