hello guys
I'm trying to simulate titanium centrifugal-casting. since Explicit model take a long time, I chose Implicit model. But when I trying to rotate the whole partbody, molten titanium does not flow into partbody. And when I remove rotating condition, It's successfully work. I don't know what's the problem and which conditions should I fix. Here's my setting in Fluent and figure of my project.

General : Pressure based / transient / Absolute velocity formation
Models : VOF - Implicit
Cell zone conditions : reference frame - 26 rad/s (No mesh condition)
Boundary conditions : 0.001 m/s , titanium multiphase - 1
Solution method : SIMPLE - Least Squares Cell based - PRESTO! - QUICK - Compressive

I wonder Implicit model and rotating condition does not fit together. Error ONLY occurs when I set rotating condition. Should I use Explicit model even though it takes a long time?

Thank you all guys who read this thread and I hope you leave a comment.

Regards,
Dox Kim

Casting of molten metal is important in many industrial processes.Centrifugal casting is used for manufacturing pipes, bearings, and many other structures. A cylindrical enclosure is rotated rapidly and steadily about a horizontal axis, as in Figure P7.64. Molten metal is poured into the rotating cylinder and then cooled, forming the finished product. The reactive alloy is melted in a cold crucible using an induction coil and then the complete crucible-mould- running system assembly is rotated through 180degrees to transfer the metal into the mould.
