Default install fluent on Windows 2008 Sever

hi everybody

I installed ansys17.0 on Windows 2008 Sever(2 cpus), and when I launch the fluent, it can not be launched normally.
The following information appeared:

Error: eval: unassigned variable
Error Object: rp-host?

version>

Can anybody help me please?
