Error in fluent files running in batch mode

Default Error in fluent files running in batch mode

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have tried running fluent in batch mode, but getting some error

Process which i followed is :
I kept case file and journal file in folder
open the cmd
go the the folder where i have kept the case and journal file

and type the command
fluent 3d -g -i a.jou

but the error which i am getting is 'fluent'' is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

Please help.
