Exclamation NIST real gas model received a fatal signal

Hi
i want to use NIST real gas model in fluent but when i want to active it , i received a fatal signal(Segmentation fault)
any idea ?

have you solved this issue?
I have the same problem but using user defined real-gas model (by UDF).

No but some one told me using windows 7 could fix it but i didn't try.
i am also using UDF for real gases.
