dcp2387 is on a distinguished road
Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to model a basic reed valve in fluid flow using 2 way coupled FSI with Ansys Mechanical and Fluent. Everything seemed to be going well, but I wasn't getting the flows I expected. On closer inspection, I noticed while my reed valve was being opened by the fluid flow, the mesh is separating, rather than expanding and remeshing in that area. Hopefully the pictures below will better explain my issue.

Thanks for the help.
