Error Object: #f
after reaching close to the phase-2 temperature, it is showing above error
Can anyone guide me as to what might be the cause of this error?

Actually I am carrying out my cfd simulation on tube boiling. water is flowing through tube. I have selected RPI wall boiling model. when temperature of the primary phase(water-liquid) reaches near to the temperature of the secondary phase(water vapour) this error has appeared.

Hi,

I have personally not done boiling before but, have you looked at the boiling model tutorial? Also, did you try to give temperature dependent properties to the fluid since specific heat and thermal conductivity keep changing with temperature.

Also try to reduce the URFs and increase them back after the residuals stabilize.
