Hi everyone,
I´m simulating blood flow through an artery bifurcation in a 3D steady case. My turbulence model is k-w SST with a determined wall roughness. Once the simulation is cenverged the Yplus is between 10-60, and it would be beloww 1-2. I´m trying to use the fluent adapt function to fix the yplus below this value. I go to adapt function, I fix the Yplus min:0, max:1, and I click adapt. Then I compute the yplus value and it is below 1. But when I run the simulation again, after several iterations and the result is converged, I compute the Yplus, and it is between 10-60 again. Nonetheless results are very close to those obtained in the experimental phase. The only problem is the yplus. Can anybody suggest anything please?? |
