Finding velocity value at certain point

i'm using ansys fluent 16.1 and i'm having problem in finding the velocity at the inlet of an injector
the injector is an injector for internal combustion engine. i hope anyone can help me to find it... |

Create a point monitor (in manage surfaces).
Then create a monitor, choose velocity as the variable and the point you created as the "surface." |

Create a point from Surfaces menu.
Go to reports and calculate the average property at this location. |
