I'm trying to simulate a nozzle in Fluent using a 2D tetra mesh in ICEM. When reading the mesh I receive the following errors:

Warning: Invalid cell type 3. Skipping.
38820 2D interior faces, zone 4.
39 2D velocity-inlet faces, zone 5.
(continues for all zones)

Removing 38820 unreferenced faces, zone 4.
Removing 39 unreferenced faces, zone 5.
(continues for all zones)

Warning: Number of nodes read (13723) does not match number referenced (0). Resetting counter to match the number referenced.

Skipping zone wall_pipe (not referenced by grid).
Skipping zone left (not referenced by grid).
(continues for all zones)

Real overflow
Real underflow

Preparing mesh for display...
Done.

I've tried this 5 times now slightly changing my meshing method and geometry but I get this error every time. Does anyone know what "invalid cell type" or "unreferenced faces" means?
